Enter the email on file. We'll send a confirmation link to that address — clicking it nulls your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth immediately, cancels any active subscription, and queues the rest of the row for hard-deletion within 7 days. Confirmation is required so nobody can delete someone else's data.
